50th Annual Sale to Fight Hunger

Church Women United announces the 50th annual Sale to Fight Hunger, a giant indoor yard sale to be held May 2 & 3, 2025 in the former Old Navy location in the University Mall. Proceeds from this sale benefit agencies and organizations that feed people.
Sale hours are Friday May 2 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday May 3 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Donations of household goods, furniture, books, toys, jewelry, plants, electronics, clothing, and other clean, usable items can be dropped off at the mall April 29 & 30 and May 1.
No major appliances, mattresses, older-model TVs or computer equipment, please. For drop-off hours, find the event on Facebook, or call Katie Carl at (618) 925-2252.
Volunteers are needed to sort and display merchandise during donation days, and to assist shoppers during sale days. Volunteers, especially those with trucks, are much needed at the end of the sale.
