The Carterville Lions qualified for the postseason last week against Madison but are hoping to guarantee themselves a seat at the table Friday night with a game against the winless Pinckneyville Panthers.  Coach Brett Diel talks with Dave McKenzie:

John A. Logan men's basketball coach Tyler Smithpeters joined Talkin Vols on Tuesday night to wrap up the season and also talked about the breaking news of Elliot Lowndes signing with SEMO.

Carbondale boys basketball coach Jim Miller is ready to begin prowling the sidelines after retiring back in 2021.  He and the Terriers tip off the season tonight at the Roxana Hoopsgiving Classic vs. Bethalto Civic Memorial at 6pm.
