Brad Norman joined Murphysboro earlier this spring as Head Golf Coach and assistant basketball coach. He took the reins on Wednesday at the Benton Summer Shootout and led the Red Devils to a 2-1 record in pool play, getting wins over Jerseyville and Freeburg. Kyle Smithpeters joined Sportsvoice on Saturday as the John A Logan men's basketball team heads off to the NJCAA Tournament. They play Wednesday against the winner of Ranger and Cochise.
