John A. Logan women's basketball coach Charlie Jones met with Matt Varney on Friday morning and talked about the two new commitments to the Logan program. He also updated Benton product Ensley Tedeschi's injury status and talked about moving practice to a new time in the day.

Matt Varney and coach Daryl Murphy discussed the big week, Calvon Clemons, approaching 500 wins for Murphy at Murphysboro, and the upcoming Duster Thomas Hoops Classic:
The Lady Vols finished the season Tuesday night in an 89-58 loss to #5 Wabash Valley in the District Tournament semifinals.
