Wednesday it was signing day for several high school athletes. Elverado Softball's Morgan Bernardini verbally committed to Mississippi State early in September 2020 and more than a year later she made it official. Morgan talked with Matt Varney after signing her letter of intent about the decision:
It was announced Tuesday that John A. Logan men's golf coach Tom Ferris will be inducted into the Golf Coaches Association of America Hall of Fame, considered the highest honor a collegiate coach can receive. Ferris joined Mike Murphy Tuesday night to discuss the honor:
