Murphysboro began holding Open Gym for their basketball players on Thursday with contact days becoming available once again to the high-risk sport participants.  Matt Varney was there and spoke with Daryl Murphy about the frustrations over what basketball players can and can't do, as well as how it is affecting some of those athletes...

Carbondale Football coach Bryan Lee spoke with the voice of the Terriers, Roger Medlen, before Friday night's game at Murphysboro.  It will be the 103rd meeting between the two teams and the 100th anniversary since their first meeting.  Lee talks about getting some normalcy back and dealing with Murphysboro's Wing T offense.  You'll be able to hear the game on WJPF 107.9 FM and wjpf.com Friday night:
