A Union County man will be spending 4 years behind bars.

 

Charles Peshoff Jr. of Ware was found guilty of one count of Aggravated Criminal Sexual Abuse, which is a class 2 felony.

 

Peshoff will now be required to register as a sex offender for life.

 

Peshoff was arrested back in August of this year after the Anna Police Department investigated the situation.
