A storage facility in a Murphysboro park was destroyed yesterday from a fire.

 

When the Murphysboro fire department arrived, the building was already beyond saving.

 

The Carbondale fire department also came on the scene to help fight the flames.

 

Fire fighters stayed at the facility until mid afternoon.

 

The facility store batteries and construction supplies, no one was injured.
