DUQUOIN Ill. (WJPF) – A DuQuoin man has been arrested in connection to a fatal crash.

23 year old Dylan Weeks was arrested on November 27. He faces three counts of Aggravated Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol a Class 2 Felony and three counts of Aggravated Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol a Class 4 Felony.

The arrest stems from a fatal crash that occurred in Perry County in March of this year.

Weeks was the driver of a vehicle which crashed into another vehicle at a high rate of speed. A juvenile passenger in the vehicle with Weeks died at the scene.

He was taken to the Perry County Jail awaiting a detention hearing.
