One person is dead and others injured after a two vehicle crash in Perry County.

The crash happened on Route 154 around 8:30pm Saturday, February 3.

A Dodge Durango traveling westbound crossed the centerline for unknown reasons, and hit a Chevrolet Blazer head on. The driver of the Blazer, a 44 year old man, died on scene. The driver of the Durango, a 36 year old woman, was airlifted to a regional hospital with injuries.

The woman also had three children in her vehicle. One was flown from the scene with serious injuries and the other two were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

The crash is under investigation.
