Harrisburg, IL. (WJPF) – Three arrests have been made after a report of shots fired in Harrisburg.

Just after 2am Friday November 25th, Saline County Central Dispatch received multiple 911 calls reporting shots fired in the 100 block of South Shaw Street.

When officers arrived, they encountered a red pickup truck leaving the area at a high speed. They attempted to stop the truck but they refused to pull over. Officers were able to box the truck in after it turned down a dead end road.

One adult female and two juvenile males were taken into custody.

The adult female was identified as Faleasha Frayser.  Officers learned the truck Frayser was driving had been stolen overnight and two handguns were located inside.

Frayser has been informally charged with Possession of a Stolen Vehicle, Aggravated Fleeing to Elude Police, Endangering the Life/Health of a Child, Reckless Conduct and Theft. The two male juveniles were detained at the Franklin County Juvenile Detention Center.

Police say a home did receive damage from the shots, but no one was injured. The investigation is ongoing.
