Diane Daugherty and Amy Simpson joined Tom Miller in the studio to give more information regarding the upcoming event: Chef Clash in the Arena, formerly known as 100 Men Who Cook. The proceeds from the event benefit St. Francis Care animal shelter and Gum Drop Kids, a non-profit organization with a mission to feed hungry children in Southern Illinois.
