A White County man convicted of murder will not have his appeal heard by the IL Supreme Court.

39-year old Danny Coston was found guilty in the 2012 murders of 17-year old Jessica Evans, and 22-year old Jacob Wheeler.

Both were found shot to death after being reported as missing in August of 2012.

Coston had asked an appellate court to throw out his confession, but that motion was denied.
