GALLATIN COUNTY, Ill. (WJPF) — Autopsy results have been released in the murder of Mishealia Meredith.

According to the Gallatin County Coroner’s Office, the 19-year-old Harrisburg woman died of a gunshot wound to the head. Toxicology reports are not in yet.

Illinois State Police say a person of interest in the death, 36-year-old Alexander McWilliams, is still at large and should be considered armed and dangerous.
