The Crest Hill, Ill., native graded out at 92 percent with five knockdowns in the win over No. 4-ranked Northern Iowa on Saturday. The Salukis rushed for 192 yards (4.4 average) and totaled 416 yards on offense against one of the MVFC’s top-ranked defenses.
Monday’s honor marked the fifth time this season that a Saluki has garnered league-wide acclaim. Nic Baker, Javon Williams Jr., Nico Gualdoni and Blake Parzych have all earned various MVFC honors this season.
The No. 5-ranked Salukis (4-1, 3-1 MVFC) will look to win its fourth-straight game as the program welcomes in the No. 6-ranked South Dakota State Jackrabbits (3-1, 3-1 MVFC) on Saturday, Mar. 20. Kickoff is scheduled for 12 p.m.
