CARBONDALE — 608 East College Street. Open 24/7.
DU QUOIN — City Hall (302 East Poplar Street). Open 11:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m. For additional help, call the Du Quoin Police Department at (618) 542-2131 or come in person to the police department lobby.
HARRISBURG — Fire Department (100 South Main Street).
HERRIN — City Hall (300 North Park Avenue).
MARION — 211 East Boulevard Street. Open daily from 6:00 p.m. 7:00 a.m. until further notice. Guests must arrive prior to 9:00 p.m. and any guest leaving after 10:00 p.m. will not be readmitted.
WEST FRANKFORT — Police Department lobby (201 East Nolen Street).
Sunday through Tuesday, the National Weather Service predicts wind chill temperatures will likely be below zero at times throughout the day, and could reach 10 below zero late at night.
