MARION, Ill. (WJPF) — Julia Bevely, the Williamson County woman charged with murder in the stabbing death of 11-year-old Jade Beasley, has pleaded not guilty.

It was revealed in court Wednesday that the 11-year-old was stabbed over twenty times. Her body was found in the bathtub.

Bevely’s next court appearance is scheduled for January 25, 2021.
