The body of a Pulaski County woman missing since Monday has been recovered in a flooded field.

The body of Pam Miller of Villa Ridge was found about 100 feet from her car, after it appeared that Miller lost control of her car in the floodwaters and slipped into a ditch.

Many fields in Pulaski County will flood if a rainstorm is intense enough.

Authorities in Pulaski County are urging citizens not to test floodwaters and simply drive around them. They say two feet of water would easily move a truck or SUV.
