CARBONDALE, Ill. (WJPF) — Three juvenile males are in custody in connection to a drive by shooting that damaged property in Carbondale.

It happened just after 10:00 p.m. Wednesday night.

According to Carbondale Police, officers were first called to the 200 block of East Larch Street after a report of shots fired. Once there, they heard more shots fired in the 1000 block of North Robert A Stalls Avenue.

Police learned the shots were fired from a moving vehicle and damaged property, but no injuries were reported.

Officers found and pulled over the vehicle. The suspects inside ran on foot. Three were later located, identified, and arrested. Police are still looking for two more possible suspects.
