A Harrisburg man accused of pulling a gun on another person while in the drive-thru lane at McDonald’s has pleaded guilty.

Larry Luna pleaded guilty to Aggravated Assault charges yesterday in Saline County Court, according to court records. Police say Luna pulled a gun on the driver in front of him in the drive-thru lane when Luna became impatient.

Luna was sentenced to one year of probation and to pay a fine.
