MARION, IL. (WJPF) – A Franklin County man will spend the next five years behind bars on a burglary charge.

In February 2019, 24-year-old Kyle Kalaher stole a motorcycle from an Energy business.

Multiple local police departments helped to locate Kalaher and the bike. At the time of his arrest, Kalaher also had an active warrant for burglary out of Franklin County.

Kalaher has prior convictions out of Franklin County, including the offenses of burglary and fleeing and eluding a police officer.
