WILLIAMSON COUNTY, IL. (WJPF) — A Marion man has been charged with three counts of first degree murder in connection to a deadly shooting at a Williamson County Bar.

Authorities say that 43-year-old Demetrius Crittendon shot 31-year-old Cedric Marshall in the chest in the parking lot of the Red Zone Bar around 2:00 AM Sunday. Crittendon was taken into custody at the scene. Marshall was pronounced dead at the Herrin Hospital.

The case is under investigation by the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office.
