A former Marion High School track star died over the weekend in a multiple car accident in Indiana.

Reports indicate Aaron Porter was one of two people who died Saturday morning in a car crash on Interstate 69. Also killed was South Bend native TeShan Godwin. Porter and Godwin both died at the scene, according to police.

Two other people were taken to local hospitals for treatment of injuries.

Porter was a junior at Indiana Tech, where he had received a track scholarship.
