A bill awaiting President Trump’s signature would rename The Jefferson National Expansion Memorial – more commonly known as The St Louis Arch.

The bipartisan bill sponsored by senators Roy Blunt and Claire McCaskill would rename the park to the Gateway Arch National Park.

In a joint news release, both said renaming the park better aligns the name to its most famous landmark.
