The River to River Relay kicks off at 6:15 a.m. tomorrow.
This is the 30th running of the race – which goes from Pine Hills on the Mississippi River to Golconda on the Ohio River.
More than 2000 runners are expected to participate in the 80 mile race.
While organizers are keeping an eye on the weather – state police are reminding you to keep your eye on the road. Drivers throughout the region may encounter runners and road blocks through out the day tomorrow.
