Murder charges have been filed in the case of that burning body found in Carbondale in August.

23 year old Lauren L Stinde has been charged with first degree murder and concealing a homicidal death.

Investigators say Stinde and others killed Robin Stief of Mount Vernon and hid her body in a trash can which was discovered during a fire call near Piles Fork Creek on Aug. 30.

Two others – Robert Dennis and Tiesha Anderson – are charged with concealing a homicidal death, but have not been charged in the murder.

Stinde is being held on $1 million bond.
