CARBONDALE, Ill. (WJPF) – One person had to be flown to a regional hospital, another walked away unhurt after a single vehicle crash in Carbondale.

The crash at the intersection of East Walnut and Giant City Road also destroyed multiple traffic lights.

Carbondale Police say at about 2:00 a.m. Saturday, the driver of a blue Ford Bronco lost control and rolled the SUV multiple times. The driver was flown to a St. Louis hospital.  The passenger was uninjured.  Names are not being released at this time.
