BENTON, Ill. (WJPF) – A man with the words “PURE HATE” tattooed on his forehead was arrested after breaking into a rural Benton home.

The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office says the homeowner called 9-1-1 Monday night after confronting the intruder, later identified as 47-year-old Rudolph Bramlett of Zeigler.

Bramlett was arrested near the home and charged with burglary, criminal trespass, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He has been denied pre-trial release. His next court date is October 23, 2024.
