The 6’10 redshirt sophomore struggled to see playing time in his redshirt freshman season due to a hand injury that kept him sidelined for a large portion of the season and only competed in 12 games. This past season, he played a much bigger role with the Salukis, playing in 31 games and starting in one.
Ebube, a Mundelein native, averaged 6.0 points, 3.4 rebounds, and 0.6 blocks off the bench this past season.
He is the third player to transfer out of SIU since the firing of Bryan Mullins.
Ebube is reunited with former SIU assistant Pat Monaghan who left last offseason for UW-GB.
