CHESTER, Ill. (WJPF) – A Chester man has been charged with a dozen felony counts of possession of child pornography.

Illinois State Police say the  investigation into Brian Fricke, 33, began in mid-February 2024.  The Illinois Attorney General’s Office Internet Crimes Against Children Task for assisted ISP in the investigation.  Authorities say Brian Fricke’s victim(s) were under 13 years old.   

Brian Fricke was arrested Wednesday, April 3, in Chester.
