CARBONDALE, Ill. (WJPF) – A Carbondale woman has been arrested for pulling a gun during an argument.

Carbondale Police say they were called to the 900 Block of East Grand Avenue in Carbondale around 10:30 p.m. Thursday.

Police say when officers arrived at the scene, they found a group of people arguing. While officers on scene, they heard a gunshot and eventually found two loaded guns that had been discarded.

Kaliyah Parker, 23, was later arrested on charges of unlawful used of a weapon and for not having a valid FOID card.
