CARBONDALE, Ill. (WJPF) – One of Carbondale’s most recognizable businesses is changing owners.

Longtime Quatro’s Pizza owner Steve Payne is retiring after 47 years of serving southern Illinois his signature deep pan pizza. Current Quatro’s manager Blake Morrison will officially take over later this month.

Morrison has been managing the restaurant since 2018 and says not to expect any major changes when Quatro’s changes hands.
