MARION, Ill. (WJPF) – Former Williamson County State’s Attorney Randy Patchett has died. He was 73.

Randy Patchett was the Williamson County State’s Attorney from 1980-1984. He was also a judge on the Illinois Court of Claims and operated his own private law practice.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Shrine Club Road Runners or the Elks Lodge Children’s Care Corporation.
