WEST FRANKFORT, Ill. (WJPF) – A Marion man is facing charges of robbing a barn in rural West Frankfort.
The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office says early Wednesday morning the property owner called 9-1-1 telling dispatchers that a man was taking property out of their barn.
Arriving at the scene, police say they caught 42-year-old Ryan Lively of Marion red-handed and found numerous items like tools and building materials that were taken out of the barn in his vehicle.
Lively was arrested on charges of burglary and theft over $500. He was taken to the Franklin County Jail.
