Tuesday, both Hamilton County and Du Quoin announced athletics and extracurricular activities are paused until Tuesday, September 7th.

The Foxes’ statement said the suspension of activities lasts until next Tuesday while Du Quoin’s statement left space for a potential longer suspension stating “Volleyball and football could return to practice only by Tuesday, Sept. 7, but this will have to be determined Tuesday morning.”

Hamilton County was originally set to play Christopher-Zeigler-Royalton while Du Quoin had a game planned with Harrisburg.  The Bulldogs will now host CZR this Friday at 7pm.
