MARION, Ill. (WJPF) — One area hospital is changing it’s visitor policy amid a rise in COVID-19 cases.
Heartland Regional Medical Center says no visitors will be allowed at the hospital or any of it’s clinics. Some exceptions may be made in special circumstances including pediatric patients and power-of-attorney or end of life situations.
Special exceptions may also be made on a case by case basis when it’s essential to the emotional health and well-being of the patient.
