The man accused of killing a Harrisburg woman on March 13 has been extradited back to Saline County.

Alexander McWilliams was taken into custody during a standoff in Morganfield, Ky., a week ago. Since his arrest, he has been lodged in the Webster County (Ky.) Detention Center.

McWilliams faces first-degree murder charges in the shooting death of Mishealia Meredith.
