UNION COUNTY, Ill. (WJPF) — Anna attorney Tim Denny has been appointed Resident Circuit Judge for Union County in the First Judicial District.

Denny will fill the vacancy created by the election of Mark Boie to the Fifth District Appellate Court.

The appointment takes effect March 1, 2021.
