CARBONDALE, Ill. (WJPF) — Carbondale Police are looking for a man and a woman wanted in connection to a Monday night robbery.

It happened just before midnight in the 800 block of East College Street.

Police say one suspect lured the victim behind a building where the other suspect pulled out a handgun and demanded the victim’s property.

The female suspect is described by police as black with a light complexion and in her twenties. She had black, red ,and blonde braids that extended down to her waist and had fake eyelashes. She was wearing a gray hoodie, red sweatpants, and gray shoes. The male suspect is described as black and in his twenties. He stands about 5’10” tall and has a thin build. He was wearing a white disposable surgical mask and a solid black hooded sweatshirt.
