SALINE COUNTY, Ill. (WJPF) — A new state enterprise zone has been approved in Saline County.

In these zones, companies can qualify for tax breaks, like sales tax exemptions for building material, utilities, and other investments.

Six other new enterprise zones were also approved throughout the state.
