CHRISTOPHER, Ill. (WJPF) — A one-time hazard bonus for front line workers employed by the City of Christopher could be approved Monday night.
According to Mayor Gary Bartolotti, the bonus for workers in the street, water, police, and fire departments would cost the city $3,000. Full-time workers would get $150. Part-time workers would get $75.
The issue is on the agenda for Monday’s City Council meeting.
