One teen is dead and another in a regional hospital with life-threatening injuries following a traffic accident Sunday afternoon in Randolph County.
State Police say a 14-year-old female passenger from Cutler was partially ejected and pronounced dead at the scene. The 15-year-old driver reportedly lost control on a gravel road, left the roadway and overturned. She was taken to a regional hospital. A 5-year-old female passenger was also transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The driver was ticketed on multiple citations, including driving without a license and operating an uninsured vehicle.
