GORHAM, Ill. (WJPF) — A Gorham woman has been fined over $4,000 for violating the Illinois Environmental Protection Act.

Nicole Coomer Dobbs was cited by the Jackson County Health Department for multiple instances of illegal open burning and dumping waste and debris.

Coomer Dobbs was fined $4,500.
