WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Ill. (WJPF) — A teenage boy received non-life threatening injuries after a traffic crash in Williamson County.

It happened at 7:45 AM Wednesday south of Marion on Illinois Route 37 near the intersection of Kellville Road.

Illinois State Police say the 16-year-old driver veered into the oncoming lane of traffic and hit the other vehicle head-on. The other driver was not hurt.
