MARION, IL. (WJPF) — A Carterville man has been charged with murder following a deadly weekend in Cambria.

22-year-old Alan Conner faces three counts of First Degree Murder, one count of Attempted Murder, and two counts of Aggravated Battery with a Firearm.

Prosecutors say that Conner shot and killed Dustin Bean and wounded Jody Price Saturday morning near the intersection of East Vermont and Walnut Streets in Cambria.

Conner is being held in the Williamson County Jail on a $1 million bond
