CAPE GIRARDEAU, MO. (WJPF) — Authorities are investigating a shooting that happened in on the Illinois side of the Bill Emerson Bridge near Cape Girardeau.
Police say an altercation that led to the early Sunday morning shooting started in Missouri.
The investigation is ongoing.
