A Carterville teen has pleaded not guilty to allegedly sexually assaulting a female student inside of Carterville High School.

Tony Gray was 16 years old when the incident is said to have happened.

He’s being charged though as an adult.

A detective from the Carterville Police has testified that there is video showing Gray grabbing the victim and carrying her into a nearby bathroom.

And that nurses later found injuries on the girl that were consistent with rape.

Gray is due back in court on October 2.
