The investigation continues in Saline County after a man was shot in the neck.

It happened near Eldorado around 11:00 PM Wednesday

According to authorities, 33 year old Adam Smith had to be flown, by medical helicopter, to Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, IN. where he remains in serious condition.

No details have been released on the cause of that shooting.
