A Mounds teen has pleaded guilty to Aggravated Battery of a peace officer with a firearm.

After the plea, 17-year old Nigel Williams was sentenced to 15 years in a state prison, followed by three years of supervised release.

Williams was originally charged in connection with the July shooting of Mounds Police Officer Lyle Womack, who is still recovering.
