A business in rural Franklin County burned down early Wednesday morning.

The fire is said to have started just after 4 am. Crews from Franklin and Williamson Counties responded to Joe’s Auto Salvage on IL Rt. 149 before the building was destroyed.

No injuries have been reported and investigators are working to determine what started the fire.
